चेक बाउंस मामले में क्रिकेटर रॉबिन उथप्पा को जारी समन रद, मिली राहत
मुंबई के सत्र न्यायालय ने चेक बाउंस मामले में रॉबिन उथप्पा के खिलाफ समन रद कर दिया। न्यायालय ने कहा कि ट्रायल कोर्ट ने सीआरपीसी के तहत अनिवार्य जांच नहीं की थी। उथप्पा ने मजिस्ट्रेट के आदेश के खिलाफ सत्र न्यायालय में याचिका दायर की थी जिसमें सीआरपीसी की धारा 202 के तहत जांच की कमी का हवाला दिया गया था।
